Start: June 9th, 2024 10:00 am

End: June 9th, 2024 1:00 pm

Join us for this beautiful 3.0-mile hike near the Pacific Palisades in Temescal Canyon! Some points of interest will be a waterfall, amazing ocean views, and possibly small water crossings. The hike will be moderately challenging with some elevation gain but should be partly shaded.

Joining us on the hike will be Professor Janelle DeWitt! Professor DeWitt is an adjunct professor in the Philosophy Department at UCLA. She received her undergraduate degrees in biology and philosophy at the University of Chicago and her Ph.D. in philosophy from UCLA. Her current research focuses on the intersection between Kant, the philosophy of emotion, and moral psychology.
