3/1 Malibu Lake Vista Trail and Yearling Trail Loop w/ Griffin Pinney

Start: March 1, 2026 at 8:45am

End: March 1, 2026 at 1:15pm 

Join us for a scenic 4.2 mile hike in Malibu Creek State Park, offering incredible views of wildflowers, birds, and Malibu Lake! The hike will be moderately challenging with 816 ft. elevation gain. There will be some muddy areas and small creeks, so bring good shoes! 

Joining us for this hike is TA Griffin Pinney, a 4th-year PhD Mathematics student from New South Wales, Australia. His research focuses on mathematical and statistical finance, and he aspires to pursue a career in quantitative finance or technology.
