11/23: Malibu Lake Trail w/ Dr. Jeremy Trott

Join us on this lovely 6.4-mile out & back hike through Malibu Creek State Park, passing through famous filming sites for movies and shows such as "The Planet of the Apes" and "M*A*S*H"! This is a moderate hike with about 367 ft of elevation change. You won't want to miss out on this chance to enjoy late fall scenery, with views of Malibu Creek, which cuts through hard volcanic rock, and leftover set pieces from filming! 

Joining us on this hike is Professor Jeremy Trott! Professor Trott is part of UCLA’s Psychology Department and has been teaching here for the past 3.5 years. His research focuses on the behavioral and biological aspects of neuroscience. Fun fact: he’s an avid skier and a regular at Mammoth! His favorite course to teach at UCLA is Psych 110 – Fundamentals of Learning.
