10/26: Los Leones Trail w/ Angela Godoy-Fernandez

Join us on this gorgeous 4 mile hike through Topanga State Park offering gorgeous view of the canyon and LA skyline! This hike is a moderately challenging out-and-back with about 1000ft of elevation change. You won't want to miss the chance to explore this lush California Canyon which is currently teeming with wildflowers and other greenery! 

Joining us on this hike is Geography PhD student Angela Godoy-Fernandez. Ms. Fernandez is highly involved in the geography department at UCLA through research and outreach, and is a teaching assistant for Professor Gillespie of the Geography department. Through her work with communities in Salinas, CA, Godoy-Fernandez aims to further youth education and empowerment.
