Join us for a beautiful 5.9 mile hike with 1,300 feet of elevation around the Griffith Observatory area. Reaching the summit, the Griffith Observatory comes into view, against the backdrop of the sprawling Los Angeles skyline. You will have a 360-degree view of the city, the Hollywood Sign, and the Pacific Ocean in the distance.
Joining us on the hike will be Professor Chris Surro, who has joined us on two previous hikes. He is an Econ Professor that has taught Econ 2, Econ 102, Econ 11, and Econ 165. His research interests include Macroeconomics with micro-level data, Agent based models, and History of economic thought. You don’t want to miss the opportunity to chat with him about any of these topics!
