Join us for 4.6 miles of hiking and conversation! Heading to Will Rogers State Historic Park, we are bound to get some beautiful views. This hike averages 2.5 hours of walking time, so be sure to bring water, snacks and sun protection!
Joining us on the hike will be Dr. Rana Khankan! She is a fan favorite teaching (and designing) both LS7A and LS7C, as well as PHYSCI 13 (anatomy). Dr. Khankan is a long-time affiliate of UCLA, having earned her bachelors, masters, and PhD here. With a PhD is in neurology, she uses her scientific skills to conduct education research and advocate for effective and equitable teaching strategies.
